A new mod has been approved for use on Ni-Troxygen.  The link below give more information on the Mod, and yes, it includes Optifine

This bottom link is a stand alone client, so you will have to re-add your texture packs.  This is done the same way but going to ".spoutcraft" instead of ".minecraft".
