| Can I have a refund? No. All donations and items from the store are non-refundable. What happens if I am going to be inactive or I get banned while a VIP? If you are inactive you will still be a VIP when you return. If you are banned you will lose you VIP or your bought item if its a item that can be taken away. I don't want to be a VIP or i don't like the item I bought, Can i get a refund? No. All items are non-refundable, make sure you know what you doing before you buy. Can i transfer my VIP status to a different account? No. The VIP was bought for your account, if you want VIP on a different account you have to buy it again. |
